Luke's swim lessons went for 2 weeks and the girls are still doing well at swim team. Then we swim on the in between days and we are at the pool a lot... It has been fun to have an even bigger slew of friends on swim team this year.
Alivia (far left) and Camilla (next to her) ended up side by side in the relay as the first ones out and Camilla kept up pretty close to her that first length.
Luke's favorite part of swim team is when they roll up the lane lines.
Liv still gets asked if she wants to join dive team.
Camilla's friend Journee (who went to be homeschooled last year) is at the pool and one day Marci was a the pool too and the three of them ran around and around playing.
Luke improved at his swim lessons.... one lesson he just laid on the said and didn't do much one because he was cold....
so after talking with him he did do much better at his other lessons.
Life jacket day always makes me laugh and shake my head.... we taught you how to swim now put on a life jacket. safety first.
After a chat with the lifeguard and manager (another lady was asking so I backed her up... strongly) we haven't had an issue with being to short on the slide and so Camilla will be up and around the pool where ever she wants to go.
She definitely only wants to go down the yellow one.... she also loves the lifeguard that dumps water on her as she is down the slide. She thinks its pretty funny.
We have quite a group that plays most days and we either hide our snacks or Luke doesn't mind walking out the door and standing there to eat.
