An Early Lake Morning.

We woke up early and headed to the lake... It was still and beautiful... something we forgot is possible at Lake Mohave.

Breakfast was had on the boat.... and a few more bags too.  Flag was out (and later taught why we have the flag) and then the wakeboarders were off....

Logan was up first.

After a jump he needed to fix his boot straps.

Logan had some good jumps but also some good falls... caught on camera.

Alivia was excited and ready to go... we kept out the big board for her and it worked out well.

She was up and gained a lot of control this time.... her rides were quite long.

Time to jump in.... at first the kids were a little concerned as to floating away.... they soon realized they could just lazily swim back to the boat... something about no whitecaps and wind out there.  It was beautiful.

You can kind of tell they were dancing before jumping in...

After cooling off Chad was ready to go...

Just looking around...

Logan went again...

another good fall.

Anytime someone switched places Camilla and Luke were out jumping... they were feeling impatient watching all the wakeboarding but were very happy to jump.

A small... big... plane drove by.... it was fun to see.

She saved it... but let go of the rope... so she made sure her arms were up the whole way down.

Then it was time to really jump... and they jumped for a really really long time.

Grandpa got in the water and the kids kept asking him "what are you doing in here?!"

Back stroke at the lake.

"Push me!"

"Push Me."

Some kids wanted to be paddled... so Grandpa made their wish come true.

They hurried off the front.... so the paddle couldn't reach them.

The water sprayers came out too.

The mountains were pretty cool.

Then it was time for some more wakeboarding.

Camilla was hand signaling to look up....

Forced under the tunnel...

Camilla and Luke wanted to be in charge of the rope... so they pulled it in and got it there.

Logan thought they needed a little help to get it out there.

Logan was hoping Milla could be the flag girl by using her lifejacket...

Tube time.... Luke said "Scott is not here so I can't go."
As the girls went out Grandpa said I want to see some jumping jacks and ballet out there... they made it happen.

Camilla got right to it and even had air time...

and then Grandpa sped up the boat a tiny bit and one was not happy....

"cut"

Camilla thought about bailing...

and then she really did...

She was still not happy in the water.... ha... we think she's worried about losing her tooth and swallowing it.... it made for a good show though.

ha.

Liv had a solo ride for a bit.

Luke's new job is to pull everyone in.

Grandpa told Camilla I will go slow and straight... and I said would go for that kind of ride. Camilla warmed up pretty quick after that.  But still slow and steady was her favorite... so the boat driver made sure the photographer had the mountainy backgrounds.

It was hot and slow out there... and the water was so warm...

The Desert Princess went out for a tour.

He needed a little help when we got close.

Grandma thought we needed a family picture on the tube.  She was right.

By the end of our tame ride the girls decided they wanted one last fast ride...

The kids were shocked that we were leaving... spoiled lake kids didn't understand how to not spend the entire day there.

It was a pretty day and a perfect trailering day.  While we were waiting I held the guys boat and could have earned $20... and then got the trash thrown at me. quite funny.
