Does Logan Want to Go Swimming?

Was the call we made.
A couple minutes later we got a call back "did you want to go to the lake?"
sure. when? Uh.. now I guess!
The joy of having a boat and a lake close.

Liv was pretty set on swimming with Logan so we gave her her bunk on the way and she fell asleep for a bit.  She was still waking up when we got on the boat.
This time she had a squishy Bert and a Scooby Doo van for her hands.

Grandma started a running commentary for Liv, a play-by-play of everything that was going to happen.  Liv enjoyed this and even started filling in what was going to happen after a while.  "Grandpa give Daddy the orange rope!"

"He always gets the rope to them... he would never leave them!"

Waving to Liv was necessary and we are good enough that it is possible without hurting.

Some good air...

We weren't too on top of our flag game...

Again... waving.

Alivia was great at feeding everyone.  Including Bert.

And then there was a change in her... and she was in boat heaven.

walking around... laughing... smiling...

"The oreo boat! I see it!"

We parked in a slip for awhile in the shade.

Playing London Bridge.

And then we saw the duck...

so we went to the back of the boat and fed the duck... he was liking the bbq chips.

and then she sat down... put her feet in the water... splashed around... fed the ducks... and sang "Ducky ducky duck! come here ducky ducky ducky!"

Logan and I fought on the g-force (i lost... ending up in the water of course) and did not start it.... maybe :)  We put in down the way which was a pretty spot with lots of space, but just a little bit of water.  It was a wonderful afternoon.. as the lake usually is.
