People Will See Us There...

I'm not sure the logic was flawless on that one. :)

Thursday we took the Red truck and headed to Temple Bar.  When I told Liv we were going to the lake she told me she needed her sunglasses "the pink ones, flower ones, star ones, and purple ones!" So we found them all... and then we were prepared of course. 

Notice all four pairs in her seat or on her face.

also needed googles.... all while they hooked up the boat and aired the tires. 

Lake trips are meant for eating ice cream... so of course the boys walked in after bringing everything in and found the ice cream.  Liv kept alternating between them... "can i have a bite?" 

She beat at farkle... sometimes. 

and then after an afternoon storm we went and hit the lake.  And it was beautiful!

This is "temple bar" at first we weren't sure...

And Liv was brave.  She sat in her seat.. jumped up and down on the boat...

after the boys wake boarded a bit we went for a swim.  The water was warm and calm and perfect.

Liv and Grandma sat at the back of the boat and splashed the water that came up on the swim step.  

"I think I would like to take a picture of it..." "oh yeah?" as Cody jumps in the water.... "DO IT AGAIN!"

Splashing was the best game. 

This was her favorite cabinet to open.  It pulls from the side and I was surprised she knew how to do it.  But she did and would pull and put our shoes in it.

Each night we put the boat on the trailer and it was Liv's self proclaimed job to drive us home.  She got us there safe.
