The Dog Store aka Old Navy is a place Liv and I like to frequent. Her favorite part is the front of the store where all the mannequins are... and usually a dog. Hence the name. She loves that dog and enjoys the fact that he is fake. No we are never getting a dog.
She's a bag carrier... sound familiar?
We headed to the splash pad. Liv has been a little apprehensive and will stand on the perimeter and then go play at the park. But with a little help from Grandma and Grandpa she was ready to go!
Still running around the perimeter was the most fun. Although instead of being off the pad completely she ran on it close to the fountains.
After a long time she went to play on the slides. The ladder climbing up is an interesting one and she has done just fine on it. I still like to stay close... and once I got a little braver is when she fell... a good one. But one that just scared her thankfully.
She was mostly sad that she couldn't go back and play... but a pink frozen lemonade made things a whole lot better. She sat here and quietly downed a quarter of it.
