When we were little my Dad had this idea. At Christmas time we do a great job of focusing on the Savior through various activities. But what about the rest of the year?!
We baked Christmas cookies (because who doesn't like cookies) in January and went and delivered them to people in our ward and sang a Christmas carol to them. We got a lot of weird looks and pretty much quit... Especially since we had to try and explain which didn't really help.
But now we can laugh about it.... I think he said we didn't make it to march... or maybe past january. It is a great point. the execution just makes me laugh still.
Anyway. we were getting ready for church and found the Christmas under the stars. I support Christmas songs all year round. And this one is my new favorite version.
