this year gave Liv the opportunity to go and do baptisms for the dead for the first time.
This was her first day of young womens... which actually turned out not to be because we watched the area broadcast altogether.
She met with Bishop that first Sunday and printed off her own names.
Chad, Liv, and I went Tuesday night (1/7) for her first time. It was crazy windy and cold and as we were getting out of the car I looked over and Bishop Mecham and Christine were just walking out. Quick hugs and we hurried over for a picture.... It was freezing and SO windy.
It was busy down in the baptistry... which is a good thing. Chad and Liv got clothes and went to change- the worker came and tracked me down and said there is someone who comes and brings a stack of temple books to give away- so keep this. It's a good book.. and very pretty.
Chad was able to baptize Liv and then after changing confirmed her for her names. There were lots of kids so we had time to sit and wait. I hadn't been down to the baptistry since they changed the changing rooms and they are really pretty.
On our way out... we ran again to the car. A chilly sweet day.
