Turf Day.

 artificial that is. 

Chad went and looked at the store one day (they close at 4 so it was a bigger deal then it sounds) and the stake bed was open so away we went... 

There were only two spots and the girls took those up... the boy was a bit sad... but we knew it was going to take awhile.  They came home after an hour and a half or so... so we made the right choice. 

The lady at the store thought the girls were so pretty and gave them juice and hats. 

Luke made sure to have his "work" shorts on.  They are shorts that are too small but are his favorite because they have bulldozers and machines all over them in a light ink...  He also puts on many things backwards or inside out... 

Our friend who told us about this place said that he and his wife just moved the turf, because we were worried about moving it.  He said it would be just fine... it got here and we said yeah right... So they and Kyle came over later.  After thinking about it for awhile "skateboard" popped in my head and so we went and grabbed the furniture dollies from Grandpa Great.... and were happy to see Chey pull theirs out of the car.  There was no way we were all carrying it.. if we really had to we could but rolling it was much easier. 

and then it was there... and some leveling and pounding is happening... continually happening....

"Why are you still measuring outside! how many people does it take to measure!"
